All sales made through our store are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased, under any circumstances, unless the item is proven to be defective upon arrival.
By completing your purchase with glow cosmetics, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this "All Sales Final" policy.
1. Understanding Our "All Sales Final" Policy

No Refunds: Once a purchase is made, we do not issue monetary refunds back to your original payment method.

No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, styles, or products.

No Returns: We do not accept returns of products once they have been shipped.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts (if applicable), and all product photos before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before making your purchase.
2. Exception: Defective or Damaged Items Upon Arrival
The only exception to our "All Sales Final" policy is for items that arrive defective or damaged, or are incorrect due to our error.
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Provide Proof: Include your order number, a detailed description of the defect or damage, and clear photos or videos showing the issue. For incorrect items, please provide photos of the item received.

Assessment: We will review your claim and, if the defect/damage is confirmed due to manufacturing error or shipping damage that occurred before delivery, we will work with you to arrange a replacement of the same item (if available) or, if a replacement is not possible, a store credit or refund at our discretion. Items that show signs of misuse or damage not present upon delivery will not be covered.
3. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it enters our processing system immediately to ensure timely dispatch. Therefore, we are generally unable to accommodate order cancellation requests. Please ensure your order is correct before confirming your purchase.
